We are Foundry specialists who work inside our clients’ operations, build software their people use every day, and hand it to their teams when we leave.
What the work is like
You work on a client’s real systems, not a demo: the spreadsheets, the ERP, the warehouse and the lakehouse, brought into one model on Palantir Foundry, with workflows and agents running on it.
Teams are senior-led, so you work next to people who have led large Foundry programmes, and you own real parts of the build. Every engagement ends with the client’s team running what we built, so part of the job is teaching it.
We look for engineers and data scientists who like hard data problems, explain their work plainly and want to see it used.
