How we got here

The strategy years
Global advisory firms
Directors and architects at global professional services firms, where we learned how enterprises decide: how transformation gets funded, where programmes stall, and why a technically correct answer fails without a business case the board believes. We built the data platforms behind those decisions, at national and global scale.
The operational years
Inside industry
Then we moved into industry: data engineering at a scale few teams see, award-winning machine learning, data for national and global decision-making, platforms run for hundreds of users. We learned there that people adopt software built next to them.
The platform decade
A decade of Foundry expertise
Ten years shipping on Foundry: ontology design, pipeline architecture, operational applications, AIP. Every step owned, from the first idea to production support and training.
